The Canadian Jewellers Association’s Certified Jewellery Retail Professional Program (CJRP) is the national retail certification program specifically designed for the retail jewellery industry. The program is designed to train Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Managers in Training in jewellery store management and to build the knowledge and skills necessary to run a successful jewellery store.
Completion of the program also allows the individual to gain the Certified Jewellery Retail Professional (CJRP) designation.

Business Protection Business Succession
RCC and/or CJA Members $499.00 per participant.
Non RCC and/or CJA Members $699.00 per participant.
The cost includes access to the online course, workbook, exam and performance evaluation.
Participants have one year to complete the course. The course can approximately 60-80 hours complete however this may vary as it depends on your learning style.
Course Content –– This online program includes course reading, online activities, in store activities, module quizzes and job coaching sessions. All three courses available in an online format.
