Ken MulhallPresident & CEO |
Ken Mulhall is the President & CEO for the Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA). He is responsible for leading the Association in accordance with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors, including development of strategic, tactical, financial and programming plans and policies. Ken manages the Association’s business affairs, including all operations, public affairs, funding, staff and new initiatives. Ken represents and serves as an ambassador for the CJA to relevant organizations/stakeholders in Canada and internationally. Ken is a member of the CJA Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
Ken is an Advisory Board member for Jewellers Vigilance Canada Inc. and a member of the Canadian Diamond Code Committee, a non-profit volunteer industry body. Ken is a member of the Georgian College Jewellery & Metals Program Advisory Committee.
Prior to joining the CJA, Ken served as Senior Vice President, Industry Relations with the Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management for seven years. Ken spent the first 15 years of his career in the food retailing/wholesaling industry, working for Loblaw Companies Limited as Vice President, Environmental Affairs and as an Officer of the organization.
Ken is a Fellow and participant in the LEAD International Program for Leadership, Environment and Sustainable Development. Ken is a past member of the Board of Directors for West Park Healthcare Centre Foundation, Daily Bread Food Bank, Second Harvest and Canadian Pallet Council.

Heather ResnickManager, Association Services |
Heather administers day-to-day operations of the CJA office. She handles administrative requirements for Executive and Board meetings and investigates CJA membership benefits, services and communications. Heather maintains membership and CJA records. Heather is also responsible for a board range of initiatives related to the membership at large.

Maria Garcia joined the CJA in October 2001. Maria looks after the CJA-Education department within the CJA, administering the JETS and AAP program. She also oversees HRD and MasterValuer courses.

Lisa Garnet is CJA's Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Lisa’s background includes small business management, language instruction and library technology.
