Responsible for leading the Association in accordance with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors - Includes development of strategic, tactical, financial and programming plans and policies. Manages the Association’s business affairs, including all operations, public affairs, funding, staff and new initiative. Represents and serves as an ambassador for the CJA to relevant organizations/stakeholders in Canada and internationally.

Heather administers day-to-day operations of the CJA office. She handles administrative requirements for Executive and Board meetings and investigates CJA membership benefits, services and communications. Heather maintains membership and CJA records. Heather is also responsible for a broad range of initiatives related to the membership at large.
