Since the CJA is the voice of the Canadian jewellery industry, it is important to provide members, consumers, trade, government and media with an effective website that will clearly tell our story. The CJA website is aimed to be a resource centre for consumer information relating to the jewellery industry, a place for the general public, government officials and trade representatives to learn about the CJA and a location for our valued members to be kept up to date on the latest happenings within the Association. The CJA Board will be meeting this year to develop a new five year strategic plan. We are in the planning stages of redesigning our website to further serve our members and consumer needs. CJA will continue to enhance our communications efforts through, e-blasts, e-Newsletters and social media. The CJA takes pride in its strong Code of Ethics, varied education services, government and industry relations, membership benefits programs and multiple communication tools. The CJA team is made up of dedicated staff members who are here to serve our members needs. The CJA also has a diverse and committed Board of Directors consisting of representatives from various locations within Canada and industry sectors such as retailers, suppliers and wholesalers.
